holy fucking balls shit. i’ve done awful this week…

i have named this week PMS week… oh my god, so bad. so much f00d. 

and not enough exercising but oh my god, okay… going to start working out so much more and my mom just bought more fruit and vegetables.

I haven’t really been on here a whole lot lately…

But it’s a 4 day weekend right now & that means not eating a whole lot and working out a shit ton.

I am so pissed off right now.

But I’m only using this incident that happened as motivation because now I want to prove to all the dicks that I can look fucking fantastic.

Right now I’m going to sleep and then when I wake up I’m going to the gym.

I have a plan…

basically what I’m going to eat is as follows:

  • regular breakfast with green tea
  • when i get home i’ll have a peanut butter and jelly sandwich
  • for dinner i’ll probably just make a protein shake.

and then i’ll exercise like hell.

I NEED TO START GOING HARD IN THE PAINT.

I’m so tired and there’s too many people in the gym right now…

I’ll probably do a Jillian Micheals workout tomorrow or something. 
Or I’ll just pump up my workout tomorrow in the gym & do it for the rest of the week…

Probably going to do that second one.

Meh.

I haven’t lost weight btw… I don’t really care because I still haven’t gotten into full swing of the diet & at least I didn’t gain any weight back….
